Unlike most cities where waterfront homes are limited, there are thousands of options here. When supply is higher, prices tend to stay more affordable. It's not uncommon to find a home with a pool, water views, outdoor living space, and room for a boat for less than what a standard home might cost in some coastal communities. 
 
Important to know: Not every home in Cape Coral is on city water and sewer. Plenty are still on well and septic. And the ones that are connectted? Assessments arent always paid off.
